Knightmoves Discos and Karaoke is covered by £10 million of public liability insurance. Our insurance is supplied by AMPDJ and is underwritten by Royal Sun Alliance.
Knightmoves Discos & Karaoke equipment is fully P.A.T. (portable appliance test) tested once a year for electrical safety by a qualified tester. We can provide certificates if required.
Karaoke is available with all adult parties if required. Please ask for details when booking. For children's parties there will be an additional charge of 20.00 for Karaoke.
Deposits must be received within a month after booking your event. If you do require more time please let us know as this isn't a problem.
If you wish to settle your remaining balance by cheque before your event this must be received at least two weeks prior to your event.
All deposits are non refundable. If you've paid in full a 50.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
The remaining balance must be settled with the Dj before the start of your event. An invoice can be issued once full payment has been received if required.
Non payment will result in the person who made the original booking to be fully responsible for any legal action and costs that may incur through non-payment.
Your event may be filmed or photographed for promotional purposes and advertising on the internet and other sources. Footage may be used on our website, You Tube and social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Please inform us if you would not like to participate.
Any threats of violence towards Knightmoves employees will result in the termination of the event immediately and the police being called. No refund will be issued.

Any damage to Knightmoves equipment will be the sole responsibility of the person who made the original booking who will be liable for any costs incurred due to damage of our equipment.
Refunds will not be given due to incidents beyond our control in relation to the above terms and conditions.
It is the responsibility of the client to make sure that the venue has a current PPL / PRS licence. Without these in place we will not be able to play at the venue.
The venue will always have the final say with regards to what time the music must end. Local councils enforce music licences, this is beyond our control.
